As a valued client you get a free, (optional), secure, and password protected Client Portal to access your important financial documents electronically from anywhere. Whether you're at work, home, or on vacation you may have access to your tax returns, financial work papers, or pdf files. This Portal also allows us to work together efficiently by securely exchanging working documents, scanned source documents or receipts, and very large QuickBooks files.
The Client Portal service is a resource which allows our clients to easily transfer documents (i.e. pdf files) and other files with us in a secure fashion over the Internet. For example, the Portal provides a timely means to send and review copies of tax returns before they are filed. Our clients may also safely upload or download individual or business tax information, large Quickbooks files and financial statements. Large documents can be quickly and easily viewed, sent or received from us, with a secure confidential password from your home or office computer online. The Client Portal is secure and encrypted, unlike regular email.
You will receive an e-mail notice from us once we have confirmed your registration. Call us if your registration is not confirmed within one business day. The notifications you will receive will be from portal-notification@secure256.com . (You may add this email to your “safe senders” list.) The email will include a link to login to the Client Portal.
